Data Subject Rights
Submit a data subject request under GDPR (Articles 15, 16, 17, 20), CCPA, or state-equivalent regimes. Submitting the form below records your request to our append-only, hash-chained audit log and returns a reference ID; our privacy team then verifies your identity and fulfils the request within 30 days. Fulfilment is currently a team-handled process — automated, cross-product fulfilment is on the roadmap.
Available rights
- Article 15 — Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Article 16 — Rectification: correct inaccurate personal data
- Article 17 — Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): deletion of your personal data across the products you used, completed within the 30-day window
- Article 20 — Portability: receive your data in machine-readable form (JSON export)
- CCPA: right to know / delete / opt-out of sale (we do not sell personal data)
Submit a request
We verify your identity (email confirmation + supplementary check for sensitive requests) before fulfilling. Audit-chain emission is non-personal: only a hashed identifier of the requesting email is stored.
How erasure works (Article 17)
When you ask us to erase your data, we identify which Wentzel Investments LLC products hold records keyed to you and remove or anonymise them, keeping only what we are legally required to retain (and, in the audit log, an opaque reference ID rather than your identity). Today this is carried out by our privacy team within the 30-day window. We are building automated, cross-product fulfilment on top of @wentzel/data-export so erasure and data export run as a single audited pipeline; until that is live we do it by hand rather than claim an automation we have not shipped.
